Chapter 9

Gay Marriage is in the news today.

As far as I am concerned, if gay people want to marry and have stable families, that's fine. Stable families are a good thing. Let them be as happy as the rest of us, let them be as miserable as the rest of us.

But the issue, like all Progressive issues, is dishonest. Gay activists are the most vicious, hateful people in all of public discourse. Anything brought up by gay activists is 20% about the issue and 80% about hating and annoying people who are not like them.

I'm talking about activists, remember, not just regular loving people. Unfortunately, the respectable nonactivists have to suffer under this perception. Although I agree with them on their marriage issue as stated or claimed, I will always vote against them just because the activists are such bastards.

UPDATE: June 2011: New York State legalizes gay marriage.
The event was celebrated in New York City by yet one more parade of gross-out, deliberate flaunting, public sex, screw the heteros gays.

And incidentally, New York State specifically legalized gay marriage effective on a Sunday, and opened all the state offices to grant permits on that Sunday, as a deliberate insult to religious people.

This is why people don't like them.
Not for being gay. For being vicious, hateful people.

Like when that gay activist judge in the Miss America pageant knocked off Miss California because he held a gun to her head and demanded that she state agreement with his politics, and she politely demurred. Like when my car was trashed shortly after I publicly stated that private clubs had the right to admit or not admit anyone that they wanted (in response to a gay activism case).

This is why people don't like them.
Not for being gay. For being vicious, hateful people.

Or like when gay couples seek out wedding photographers and bakers who choose not to work with gay weddings, and instead of just going to a place that does want to work with them, the gay couple sues the business out of existence. I've heard a few instances of this happening, and surely there are many more that I haven't heard of.

Is there worse bigotry than to destroy the people who disagree with you when you could much more easily just go to someone else?

This is why people don't like them.
Not for being gay. For being vicious, hateful people.
