If people who work in corporations seem so uniform, it might be because corporate communication is so vague and inferential. This practice could be described as being somewhere between polite and cowardly, but it works for them.

The reason it works for them is that they build their staffs with people with near-identical life experiences. Such people can easily encode and decode the messages among themselves. In fact, corporations are pretty much forced to rely on staffs of near-identical people, just so that communication can occur.
