If people are as smart as they ever were, and we still quote Jesus and Plato and Shakespeare and all those guys from way back, we ought to think about where the career areas were for thinkers before we all started spending our lives looking at screens.

People in antiquity were walking on water and writing the horoscope. They had brains as big as anyone's today, they had nothing but time to think, and there was nothing to think about but cosmic stuff.

To me, that gives the old time religion somewhat more credibility than it might have to people who've had no exposure to the masters. Those guys were a lot more connected to The Mind than we are.
