You have a million-dollar idea? Great !!
But lots of people have ideas. Ideas are plentiful and cheap. Execution is the hard part, and it's the part that makes the money, as it should be, because it is the hard part. Next to sales, that is, which is even harder.
I recently saw a story in which some fellow had an idea for a gadget. Over the Web, he contracted the physical design to engineers in one country, the electrical design to engineers in another country, and the software to the engineers in another country. So execution isn't what it used to be, but you still have to have the managerial skills to pull it all together and oh by the way, to get the investors.
