Expensive people can afford to pay underlings to do things that expensive people don't feel like doing -- mowing the lawn, washing the car, calculating the taxes.

But when you get old, and a day seems to be only an hour or two long, it becomes much more legitimate to have others do things for you. If you don't, your whole life will be nothing but maintenance activities, morning to night.
