If Common Core demands uniform national standards across all schools, shouldn't it provide uniform national funding across all schools?

The problem with national funding of course is that it would put all local schools under the control of the federal government. Which is a bad thing because there should be local curricula and local cultures. A homogenized America is a meaningless America.

But if there is Common Core, that's already out the window.
