I can't believe that there are still people who are against "memorization" in schools.

Knowledge is having stuff in your brain. The way that you have stuff in your brain is to memorize it. If you don't memorize anything, you don't know anything.

People who don't know anything don't know which political party liberated the Negro. They don't know what life was like under Communism. They don't know that 24 Volts will probably not kill you or that Ebola probably will. They don't know what three cans of soup will cost.

They don't know anything, and if you don't know anything you certainly shouldn't be responsible for anything.

This almost looks like part of some kind of plot.
